Hey guys i'm new to this site I was wondering about putting a 400ex carb on my 300ex. I got left in the dust today at my buddy's track. I want some more mid and high end power out of it but i don't feel like tearing into the motor. I've read that this mod is fairly simple and can really wake a 300 up. does swappping in a 400ex carb have any disadvantages?

 

You still won't keep up with a 400EX

 

I'm just trying to find some simple bolt on mods to give mine a little more power.
