help ...rubi wont move after sinking it

I have an 04honda forman rubi 500 with the hondamatic I sank it the other day got it running like 20 mins after now I have a grinding noise and it won't move in any gear can the couch be wet is there a drain ? Or could it have been a have just ate the clut

It does have a centrifugal clutch, but it runs in the engine oil.
If you got grit and water into the hydrostat unit, though, it may have trashed it.
If it threw the oil pump drive chain, that would account for it not moving. The same oil pump supplies oil to the engine, so I wouldn't run the engine until you can get the oil pressure checked.
There is a pressure test port, but it is a thread you don't usually find on oil gauges, so it may be easiest to bring it by a Honda shop- at least to see what the oil pressure is.

you say you got it running in 20 min. please tell everyone you changed the oil and filter BEFORE you fired it up..... if you ever sink a bike, please change oil and filter ........if not it is just down hill from there.
