DSAPP is correct. I just tried flipping them and the valvestem hits the caliper and the plastic guard above the caliper. I used to flip the rims on my Blaster, but that had drum brakes and the valvestem wouldn't hit anything. Unfortunately, it looks like widening the front will involve the drilling process DSAPP detailed, or wheel spacers.

On a good note: The rear wheels are the same bolt pattern as my other Hondas, so luckily I have a great assortment of wheels/tires I can put on there. I am so happy about that! Plus, I have a spare set of rear axle extenders that I could put on there. I will have to try that tomorrow...

I was thiking of doing the wheel flip thing on my Blaster but was thinking it would probably put extra stress on my spindells and would eventually brake them. Is this correct? Also I was wondering where you got your axle extenders you where speaking of. Thanks.

Flipping the wheels does put additional stress on the bearings and spindles. It also increases the effects of bumps on the steering system, causing the bars to twitch (sometimes violently). Also, the front suspension will go really spongy. I wouldn't hesitate to flip them if I was a full time dune rider, but if you like to catch big air, or do woods riding, I don't recommend flipping them. I noticed in a older DirtWheels article about Japanese riders/racers, a picture of a bunch of Blasters and almost all of them had the wheels flipped.

The axle spacers/wheel spacers are available from DuraBlue. They are listed in some of the ATV magazine ads. The front wheel spacers will have the same effect on the front suspension as flipping the wheels. On the rear, I have bent an axle using the rear wheel spacers, so, you kinda have to be careful with them.

Hope this helps ya.
