94DGblaster,
Instead of sniveling in generalities about other violations, you might be more specific and report incidents that you notice that are contrary to the purpose of the forum. I've done that & the moderators seem to correct the problem. As is the case in life in general, it is sometimes easier to complain than to do something constructive about a situation.

some web browser do not support java script (the roots for making the "scrolling" text. People trying to view the java script with their browser that does not support java script will get "script errors". which means they might not beable to open certain pages if it contains java script. Java script is one of the more advanced types of script, which is why some browsers may not beable to open it..
just my 2¢ worth.

For X-SAKES will ya do a search and find a HTML/JAVA code tutorial site?!?
That scrolling sig. is as lame as the boneheads who use the HTML tag in their sig. (which takes the forum user out of the forums to view the sig. posted website, unless the html sig. is written properly, which 99.999% aren't...)
Sorry for going off like this, I am depressed... I am just trying to make a point. A useful topic or post, is far more interesting than a fancy signature.
