Ok guys new here but been over on highlifter for quite some time. My buddy has an 06 rubicon 500. Its throwing code 11, wont shift out of 4th gear! Followed the steps in service manual for code 11. When I do the initial setting procedure the shift control motor makes no noise. Everytging else has continuity and ecu has 12 volts. Has a new angle sensor, I ohm'd out the shift control motor its showing 13.5k ohms that sounds like an awful lot. Like an open but I cant find a spec range for it. Can someone ohm there's out and report back to me what there numbers are?

I wanna maje sure im buying the right part since its $180. Thanks guys
