hehe- that thought actually crossed my mind-
I was wondering if he's winding out when clutching, or he's just stuffing the throttle and the rear is kicking out on him, which is normal for a live axle- especially if the tires are worn and he's in dirt.

Yep, could be one of those. Also, what kind of surface is he on? Wet grass? lol

Thankfully no I don't think the frame is bent ha, maybe "fish-tail" was to harsh of a word to describe it, its more like pulling left to right like the front wheels are working against one another , ill check the alignment and get back to y'all, thanks for ur help everyone, this site looks real promising glad I joined it!!!

Your right this is a powerful bike but im no dummy ha I kno how to handle it, its mostly when im ***** to the wall full throttle on asphalt when the steering gets real touchy and kinda ears to pull left and right

keep in mind- live axles do not like asphalt! just about every sport quad will feel twitchy on tar.
riding on pavement is a great way to ruin your carrier bearing quickly.
