Honda Parts
#1
Bought some stuff through hondapartsline.com back on 2/12 and not really impressed. Just OEM stuff for an 89 TRX300. I didn't read the fine print that warehouse items wont ship for 6-12 days. They aren't lying, it took 10 days before it shipped. Its printed, I can live with it. What ticked me off was that on the 17th, I emailed them to see if it had shipped and they said it would ship that day. Nope, shipped the following week on the 22nd. I have patience, but I can't deal with a liar. Stuff arrived on the 28th and about 7 parts were noticeably missing. Full invoice was included billed in full. No backorder notice, no extended shipping date for missing parts. I emailed that night, no response the following day. Called which rings to a voicemail that just says to email them and then hangs up. Emailed that next day to no response and again the second day and nothing. Finally called these jokers at another number I found (which its a CA Honda dealership) and got a live body who knew my name before I even told him what it was. On hold for 5 mins, then advised that it shipped the day before and they would get me a tracking number. That meant they had to create one, because they really hadn't shipped anything yet, and the tracking number was invalid at the time. They shipped the stuff supposedly yesterday right after I called according to the Fedex tracker.
If you deal with these folks for OEM parts, don't get in a hurry and don't expect a lot of communication.
