250ex, 300ex, 400ex?
A pipe is always good, if you ride in an area that can't be closed down because of loud pipes

Doesn't really add a whole lot of power, but it'll sure sound good, then with the pipe you'll have to rejet. A good Pipe will be almost $300, the jets a few bucks.

You might want to look into some tires, depending on what/where you ride. I just bought a set of 6-ply gbc x-rex tires, which are the offbrands of maxxis razr 2's.
I ride in an area with creekbeds, mud, hard pack, smooth rock, and this seems to be the tire for me. I paid a little over $300 with the installation, you can find them on the internet for $240 a set. If anything you can just get new rear tires. (The fronts at sam's club are $47 each, rears are reasonable there to..)

If your into aftermarket bumpers and grab bars, there are some pretty reasonable ones out there.

Theres a few little common nic-nac upgrades to get you started.
