I have recently come upon a chance to buy a 2006 Rincon in great condition mostly stock. The guy wants $4,000 and I know how he takes care of his toys. I mostly want to do some mud riding and trail. Some reviews say Rubicon can't mud. Should I buy this? Is this good price?

 

And if not the Rubicon, which ATV should I go with?

 

How can a 4wd 500cc ATV not mud? Its acually the only Honda 4x4 with a dedicated low range.
Like all Honda's its has no true AWD system but in regular 3wd it still get you through some nasty stuff.

 

Lots of them are used here in Texas for mud

 

I got a Ruby, been thinking about something a little more dependable in mud situations....

Your post says rincon and rubicon. I like them both. I've heard people complain that a rincons low gear isn't low enough but others say no problem. The rincon has the independent rear suspension.
