Default 94 300ex ..rattle caned rims?...

i have a 94 300ex thw problem is that i have red plastics and silver rims. my old 300 had the gold rims dont know if they were stock or off of a whold diffrent atv but did have honda hubs and the tapered built in washers could have been sizuki rims beacuse z400 fims will fit 250ex-300ex anyways i want to simulate the gold aluminum look what would be the best way without breakin the bank? i heard that there are spray cans that simulate the look of the gold but how easy and how mutch work is involved? i really want the gold rims beacuse they look great
i thank everybody for taking time and helpin me out, thanks

I'm going to guess the old gold rims were from a 250r. Any paint will chip and look like crap after a few rides.

The gold rims were anodized that way most likely. It was popular on the older trikes and mid 80's quads. Anodizing would be much more durable than paint while providing a uniform looking product, but rattle cans are going to be much cheaper.

a rattle can job won't last- like jgar said-
if you clean those rims up real nice inside and out they should look really good.

They might have been of a 250r cuz I had an 84 and the outter and inner lips were like a Yamaha rim because the ones on my 300 have a bigger rounded lip but anyways where could I get them done anywhere around I live. I'm located in portage pa and am a few miles away from ebensburgh and does any one know how mutch it would cost me cuz I just Spent almost 1000 buks on nerf bars , bumper, grab bar, and brakes herrings and all of that Funn stuff and don't have mutch to spend hahah ya no how that is
