I have used honda recon, battery is not charging. check voltage on battery before starting, 12.5v, check while running and revving motor and it stays at 12.5. so either the regulator is bad, or the stator. but how does it stay running when battery is drained down to 8 volts after running it for a while? Really need a manual on this bugger, anyone know where I can get one? Thanks for any and all input.
