2002 450 foreman

hey i have a 2002 450 foreman that i just did a motor swap to. now my head pipe glo's red hot and doesnt idle good sounds like it wants to stall. any help or ideas on what it is would be great

probably need to jet it- did you change the intake or exhaust?

Was the years the same? If not did you make sure the ignition system was the same?
