Default Broken Plastic on front Brush Guard (Bumper)

I have bought a 2010 Honda Rancher 420TEAES. The plastic guard on front bumper with Honda logo is cracked in length. The guy(seller) told me that he hit tool box on his truck while loading. Can some one tell me how to weld broken plastic thing on front brush guard?

Further he had sprayed rhino liner and that was sprayed on exhaust pipe/muffler and also on plastics. I was able to remove liner from fenders by rubbing that off with microfinber after applying Armour all. But how to remove black liner from the exhaust pipe? Thanks

OK guys for the Rhino liner on the exhaust pipe. I used a Dawn Dish Washing detergent and scotch brite pad. I applied dish washing solution and waited for 2-3 minutes and then scrubbed it clean. Its good shining now. After rinsing detergent off I have sprayed it with WD-40. Looks good for now.
Any suggestions about gluing the plastic.
