I need NEW handle bars- 400ex

What "AIR" is talking about is your everyday silicone from the home depot store to use with a caulking gun. We used clear. Make sure your bars are warm and the silicone is warm. It is best if you take your bars off the bike. Fill them up, plug the ends and let sit for a day. The silicone will not fully set up in the middle of the bars creating a dampening affect to help minimize vibration. Works on mine....

Get a plus 2 steering stem with a set of bike bars. The fourtrax, 250r bends have too much pull-back. This is hard on your wrists when landing and pounding thru the whoops. The bike bars are much straighter. I personally run +2 up +1 forward anti-vibe stem with Pro-taper RM 125 bend. Everybody who rides my quad says it has the best ergo's they've ever felt. If you don't wan't to spend the extra $$$ on the stem, look into the Renthal quad-bend bars. I here they have the least pull-back of any of the quad bars. [Suzuki quadracer 250 copy I believe] Just a reminder; don't let anyone talk you into getting bike bars without getting a +2 stem. Quad bars are @ 2" higher than bike bars and your bars will be too low. I've seen lot's of guy do it and no one's liked it yet. Good Luck.
