I tell ya- I feel like I scrape my swing arm / back end on anything I go over. I'm thinking about getting a skid plate- but I don't want to reduce my ground clearance. Is there a way to raise my back end a few inches?... or would this raise my center of gravity to unstable heights?

I guess I could loose some weight. I got about 40 lbs to spare - ..but I'm looking for a faster and easier way out of this.

If I stiffen my rear suspension- would this reduce the sag and increase my ground clearance?

Thanks!

I raised mine by getting new tires I went with 22x11 in the rear and 23x7 in the front both maxxis Razors this will raise it 1 inch also recommend a swingarm skid.

A set of 20" Holeshots or RAZRs will increase your swingarm to ground clearance at least an inch... I know what you're thinking "My stock tires are 20".. Trust me on this one. That inch makes a big difference.

My 400 hit everything with the stock tires. I could run down a trail on a Warrior and never hit anything. Then I would run the same trail with the 400 and hit several times. I now have ITP XCT tires 22" rear and 23" front-they are great.
