I'd like to see who everyone says, (from experience), is the best 4-stroke engine builder out there. What kinds of power are they get out of a 416 and 440 kit? And prices? Any help or info you can give would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

For a pure race bike I would suggest TC or Sparks. If you want more of a playbike, I'd say White Bro's. Powroll has an excellent reputation also. I'm not saying that TC or Sparks can't make a playbike or that White Bros can't make a racer. It just seems like their engine kits are geared towards those types of customers. All of the above have really good reputations and you might be able to find a White Bro's dealer close to where you live.

I think GT Thunder is good also. They did some work for me and the return time was quick. They do all of there work off of dynos. Now TC has a problem, they try too make things fit for every bike. Like their silencer for the 400, you have to cut 5" off of your stock headpipe and drill a hole into the frame to make it fit. Now the lectron carb they sell, you have to make a bracket for the airbox, turn the carb at the 1'o clock position and you have to grind you throttle housing to make it work. It makes me think all of there parts were for the 300EX.
