500 rubicon needs stronger A arms/tie rods

Have you tried ebay? I have seen some stronger aftermarket tie rods on there.
Are you having trouble with the tie rods bending or breaking? We have a 2005 Rubicon with about 13,000 miles and never once had a problem with the tie rods. Had to replace the ball joints a few times but never the tie rods. And it has had a pretty hard life being used on the farm and it has been all over the states too.
I would like to know what you were doing when these parts get damaged.
