I am sure there are other posts on this, but if I try searching trx 70 it shows no results. I have never had much luck that way.

Anyway, I have a 1986 TRX 70 quad with no spark. I have checked what I think is everything. I cleaned off the ground contacts, replaced spark plug, and used my multimeter to check everything out (coil, pluse, exciter, neutral switch) and they are all within spec. Also disconnected the kill switch to make sure that wasn't it. The only thing I am not sure about is the cdi box. The manual called for a specific tester that I don't have and wasn't sure if the simple multimeter would work, in which case I was getting some funny readings. Could that be it???
