OK here is where I show how little I know about my Rubicon. I have seen several references in various posts to "snorkles" on Rubicons. Is this an aftermarket item? I had my 2001 Rubicon in water up to the seat last weekend without any problem (other than a wet posterior). Does the Rubicon have a snorkle? If not, where do I get one and how deep of water will a snorkle allow you to cross?

Snorkels are home made kits. I made both or mine for my quads. I have full instructions for a snorkel for a Rubicon on my site. A snorkel will allow you to cross deeper water than you will want to!
