I'd like to see some rear wheel horsepower dyno charts of this 70 or even 55 horsepower 400L, not motorcycle rear tire graphs either, true 2 wheel rear horsepower graphs.

Dill, it's at the crank! Flame on that for a while... You can see HP figures on HPD's website.
