Default foreman 400 oil

I was riding some trails today and the engine had a bit of strain as i had a passenger and was going up a soft hill so it had a bit of a strain on it and it just died out and i tried the electric start but it seemed to also have a strain and the pull cord was easy to pull but nothing would make the engine start so after being pulled around for a while i tried starting it again and the electric start seemed not to have such a strain on it. After a few more hours it started and idled fine and all that so i went to reverse it and the engine got a little whiny and stalled out again i checked the oil and it was milky and thick and was stuck to the cap. Any solutions?

May change the oil and filter with good oil an see how that helps,IMO sound like engine was trying to seize up from hot thick oil....
