tightened chain on 400ex and now the rear brake are to tight?

tightened chain on 400ex and now the rear brake are to tight?
The rear brake is tight so that it doesn't stop it but just enough pressure to slow it and be very noisy. Its a 2002 and I'm not sure which bolt needs loosened or what to get the brake back to normal?
