What's the difference between AC's regular nerfs and the propegs?

Anyone know what the differences are? My friend said something about the pegs being part of the nerfs but i want to make sure they are worth the extra cash. What do you all think?

Your friend is right, pro-pegs have the pegs integrated into the nerfs. I have a set on my 400EX and they are well worth the $$$.

yea, they are sweet but, you're not gonna find any for the 300ex. already tried (unless they just started making them). so, I ended up getting regular AC nerfs.
