Default Honda, Rancher will not go into Reverse at all

I have a 2006 Honda, Rancher 350. I can up shift and down shift, both by electric and by hand, but I can not get it into reverse at all. Either by hand or electric. I got 2 codes, first was code 3 then code 8. I did change the Angle Sensor, still no Reverse. I bought this brand new. Was working real good plowing a deep snow. Oil level is good.
Can it be because of wet wires ? Maybe a bare wire ? I have it parked in a heated garage, I have to check for a bare wire.
Any help ? Has this ever happened to any one ?
I have over 30 inches of fresh snow to plow, so need help fast.
Than You

If you can't get reverse by the emergency lever, it is a mechanical problem. A cable runs from the handbrake lever to a lever at the back of the engine. This stops you getting reverse until the red button is depressed and the LH handbrake applied. If you are lucky, the cable may just require adjustment. A lockout switch is fitted so the electrics won't try to engage reverse without the handbrake mechanism engaged, but the emergency lever would still work if the switch was the problem. This doesn't explain the fault codes, so you may have another fault. It could be a loose "star wheel" or broken selector mechanism, but this usually occurs in all gears.

If you was just riding around in deep snow..I would check the rear and bottom an see if reverse wire got pull off by the snow is common here with we live....there an single wire connector that connects to reverse switch right above skid plate in rear center
