I don't know about the worst quad, but the Yamaha Moto 4's were pretty much useless in my opinion. My cousin had one, a 250, and it was the most gutless thing I ever drove. My girlfriend's uncle has a 250, same thing. One of my friends has a 225, and the crank twisted on him. Nobody knows why the crank twisted because he isn't hard on it. We actually call him an old man because he babies it so much. Anyway, the Moto 4's get my vote for this one.

...It was just an opinion...it was the ablolute worst machine I have ever owned.... Transmission was junk.... But if you finished reading the 2 sentences involved in my post...You would have seen the words "opinion" and "worst quad that I have owned" and... "I was young with maintenance being the last thing on my mind "...maybe your friend is doing OK with his...that's just dandy. goody then. I feel it is one of the quads that were produced with the least potential for upgrades. Now the 250 seemed a bit better.

All the ones I see (and owned) had rope bumpers.

 

There is only one bad quad as far as I'm concerned.. THAT'S HAVING NO QUAD!!!

I did not mean to bash the sportsman335( as i explained earlier) i have just heard very few good things about it. Everyone likes the suspension but i have heard that they are unreliable, take a lot of maintainance and are very underpowered. SOrry if you do not like what i said. i will edit the article to stop people like you from crying. Personally i like polaris. I'm not against any quad makers. yamahagye was the first thing that came to my mind because i was kinda in a hurry.

 

OK, some of you will disagree but the worst quad I have seen is the Kawi Tecate-4. My friend took perfect care of his bike and for every one day of riding, there was three days of repairs. The thing was FAST... faster than my 250R as long as there were no turns, or jumps or whoops or... get my point.
