Default 400ex won't start.

So I have a 400ex that I haven't touched in about 2 years. It's just been sitting in the shed, only exposed to hot and cold weather but nothing has touched it. I have tried to start it but I think I ran the battery dead because I don't hear anything when I try to start it now with electric start. I don't have anything to charge the battery, is it worth trying to push start it? Should I buy a new battery or buy a batter charger to charge it? What do you think.

If you plan on riding it, install a new battery and clean/rebuild the carb ( and drain all the old fuel out of the fuel tank ). Also change the engine oil and filter, and clean or replace the air filter.

^Agreed, you need to go through the whole bike and do a full service.
