Will start with the pull start but when using the electric start it kicks but won't turn over completely (like it's trying but won't connect) also with the pull start you have to Gas it at the same time for it to turn over and then it still dies sometimes so any ideas are really appreciated

 

If your starter is struggling to spin the engine, and you know your
battery to be good, try this:

Short the 2 terminals on the starter solenoid (usually under the seat)
with a chunk of clean metal. If it spins faster, your solenoid is going out.

More often, it is poor battery terminal contacts.
