had a bad ride on the 250r

I have a nac's casesaver. The top part is broke off though.MAgic racing has a nice one.I have to get a new sidecasing before I can get a casesaver though. The chain came off at my last race and when it hit the casesaver it cracked the case where the top bolt goes through. It will be august or septmeber before I can get a new one though.
I am running a 152 main right now.150 was stock I Am pretty sure.SO U are saying go back to stock and try it.That doesn't sound right.The motor is ported,has FMF gold series fatty,power core 2 silencer,wiseco .020 piston,Uni filter,boyesen reeds.
When ever I get a new chain I will pull the airbox lid off and see how it runs.

if I understand you right, the top bolt mount cracked off your side case. This is ok, as the bolt is actually 4-5 inches long, and it threads into the case half on the other side. To fix this, you have the case milled down flat, and make the appropriate length spacer out of some round aluminum stock. Then mount up your new case saver, put the spacer behind it, and tighten it down.

Well thanks for the tip.My case hase already been welded once and had 2 new shift shaft seals.IT still leaks a little though. Not much but enough to be annoying.I am going to replace it.I am also going to rebuild the top-end and put new main bearings and seals. As well as a barnett clutch.
Like I say it will be august or september though before I can get enough money saved up.I can get a job at the end of july so that is when I will have to start saving.
