Does the es stand for electric shift
#3
Yes, I owned an ES Rancher 350 myself a few years ago. One thing I learned is never leave it in gear when you shut it off, it won't start unless its in neutral. I had to cycle the key on and off several times to get it to downshift to neutral to start it. I didn't mean to leave it in gear, I left the fuel off because it leaked a bit and forgot to turn it back on. It ran just long enough to run the fuel out of the carb and died.
