Any one have experience with this winch and a recon. I would really like to see a picture of a installed winch. Is it worth the money? How much has it changed or affect performance?

I have a Warn 2000 winch on my 01 Recon. I wasn't too difficult to install, it just took about 2 or 3 hours. The winch weighs like 23 lbs, and I thought it would weigh the frontend down, but it hasn't hurt the performance at all, in fact I think it feel more balanced now and tends to wheelie less on very steep hills. The winch its self is great, I pulled my Ford Ranger 4x4 Supercab halfway up my driveway before it started to pull the quad. The winch never even slowed down. I think the A2000 is definetly big enough for a Recon, considering it only weighs about 400lbs. Send me an e-mail at Kraig9940@hotmail.com, and I'll get you a photo of what it looks like installed. I can also give you some tips on routing all of the wires.
