Honda Fourtrax help

Honda Fourtrax help
I have a 99 Honda Fourtrax. And when I give it gas it bogs out and is jumpy and when in gear it kinda hops the temp light won’t come on when you turn the key on... I’ve cleaned the carb multiple times and the gas is fresh all fuses are good any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
