Default Hello from ontario

Ok here goes..have an 07 420 rancher..been sitting a while..bout 7months..won't start .will turn over but no start...no noise from fuel pump.no clicking from relay.no spark from coil.checked all connector.no green death..lol attleast the ones I can get apart..also shift light is blinking but cant retrieve codes.was told bad ignition switch.so swapped it for new one still no start..I'm stumped. Tanx in advance. Rob

That is the code. Short blinks then long ones, or t'other way round. However that is for the ES gearchange, not the EFI/ignition system, which is shown by the FI warning light. There are two identical relays in the bottom of the battery box, try swapping them and see if you get a whole different set of faults, but to be honest, it has taken me years to work out the 420 wiring system, even with the manual. It may be prudent to let your Honda dealer have a go, their mechanics will know the faults which cause most sets of symptoms.
