Honda forman 450 2002
Replaced ignition stared fine now when turn key on netural light and oil temp light won't come on and won't start will turn over but not star previous owner bypassed fan circuit with toggle switch plz help

Not sure about the temp light, but the neutral light circuit increases the spark's intensity, and you often don't appear to get a spark at all when using the electric start if the neutral light circuit is faulty.

Now can't get the netural light to come on or it to start
Now I can't turn and wiggle the key all day long light won't come on but it will turn over constantly why won't it start unless the netural light is lit up?

If you can't turn the key, the CDI won't get power anyway, it is like a car on the 450, an ignition system worked by battery power.
