rancher tires
#1
when mud ridding not to long ago i noticed how the tires on my rancher get so gunked up with mud that the front part of the lugs would become coverd in mud not giving me any traction. i thought about this for a while and i though a good set of mud tires would cure this problem. but i calculated the cost and it would be about 150-200$. problem is i dont have that right now. so what i want to ask you is could i switch the tires around so that the lugs would cup inward instead of pointing outward like a arrow? could this damage anything?
thanks

What you are saying does make sense, I too noticed that the Dirt hooks seem to ball up pretty good. As far as reversing them, I don't see what damage it would cause(as long as you get the wheels back on correctly, my boy didn't tighten them enough when he reversed the Dirt Devils for the snow and one wheel almost fell off) and infact some tires are designed to be reversed for different conditions.
Reversing the fronts might make it handle a little different so you might want to take it easy at first.
