Contact Superwinch, they gave me a new switch when mine went out, no questions asked...

You would need to get a double pole/double throw rocker switch. I would suggest contacting a Warn dealer, and see if they will sell you a switch for their winch. I'm pretty sure it's a replacement item. It's a sturdy switch and works great.
My friend has the Super Winch and has the same problem with his. It's a common problem because the switch is chintzy.

I emailed Superwinch a few weeks ago, I think the supply of free replacements has dried up, they offerd to sell me one though.
I really doubt that you will find a switch at Wal-Mart to handle the amp load that the winch can draw, its over 90 amps.
I took mine apart, cleaned it and then coated the insides with 80 weight marine oil. It works very smooth now. I would also recommend sealing the contacts in the back like was already suggested.
A Warn rotary switch would be nice, but I bet it will cost ya.

Same thing with my winch. I went to my local dealer and got a cycle country switch. The superwinch switches are junk.
