Any idea what might be causing this. The front disc brake is becoming locked up and I can't squeze the lever because it is stiff. The front wheel eventually locks up and i need to loosen the nut on the caliper to relieve the pressure so it will roll again. I changed the fluid and bled the brakes but it is still doing it.

Any suggestions?

Man I don't think 300 Honda 4x4's have front disc so I think your talking about some oher bike. The caliper probably needs to be rebulit because of a seized piston or debris. Take the caliper off and take it to a dealer. Or you can take the pads off and take the piston out yourself and see if there is a problem.

My husbands Bayou was like that. His wheels had a habit of locking in the cold wet weather.
