Standard bore is 90mm so it is 0.5mm overbored. Don't rely too heavily on a vernier measurement for checking though, micrometers are a lot more accurate when you get about 100mm sizes to measure.

So the 90mm rings I have won’t work I need to get bigger ones. Or should I just get a whole new rebuilt kit

Depends on the state of the piston and bore. If the bore is scored or worn more than 0.01mm, (usually worst at about 15mm below the top), you need a rebore and bigger piston to suit the new bore size. If the bore is OK but the piston is worn to less than 90.46mm, you need a new piston of the same size (0.5). If both are OK you just need 0.5 oversize rings.
