Is $2,300 a good price for a '98 300EX?? Does it sound like something is bad wrong with it or what??Is that a reasonable price??

I just paid $3200 for a cosmetically challenged 98 300ex, your price sounds great if it's in any kind of shape. Here in Colorado a 98 300ex in decent shape goes for about $3700-$3800.
