2012 Foreman 500 front end squeal when rolling
Hey guys, new to the forum. I’ve searched and googled until my fingers are bleeding and my eyes have crossed. I have a 2012 Foreman 400 ES EPS 4x4 and it has a TERRIBLE high pitched squeal in the front end, seemingly from the left front wheel area. I have replaced the wheel bearings and brakes since the problem started and it persists. I tried the trick of pulling the front driveshaft and lubing it up just to be sure and no dice. The axle seems fine, no popping or clicking, the boots are not ripped. I’m currently sitting with it in front of me on a jack with the wheel and brake caliper removed and it’s still squeaking. I will try to include a video I took. The sound is somewhat loud in the video but is so much louder and sounds so much worse at say 20 mph. The bike has right at 4500 miles as well.

Can't get your video to load, my problem as .mov files never work on my computer. However if you are getting a squeal with caliper removed, go round the front end with a stethoscope, (you can use a screwdriver as one) with the bike on the jacks and running. This would narrow it down to diff, or wheel bearing, or even the other side of bike.
