go with the warrior its faster,it might not have the hadling the 300ex has but it has reverse and that should make up for the handling.

The Warrior isn't that much heavier. Maybe 25lbs. It makes up for it in the power difference. It is, though, a bigger machine, which makes it feel more like a tank. I wouldn't trade my Warrior for a 300ex, but size-wise, that makes sense for me. You may be a different case, altogether. You say you're 5'1". You, on a Warrior would probably feel like the machine is a bit large.

The 300ex has reverse to bud. I think you are thinking of the 400ex.

Hey- I was in the same position as you are four months ago. I had the money for a 400, but when considering my height (5'7"), I decided to go with the 300. The 400 felt too big, not that I couldn't handle it, but it felt almost too wide. The 300 fit perfect and I figured I'd do the 330 kit, pipe, and all other mods to make it quick enough. If you don't plan to drag race or mx, this quad is the all around best for the money......considering your size. Good luck with the decision. Let us know what you decide.

I just rode my buddy's warrior last week at the dunes, and man am I glad I got the 300ex. it may be that I'm just not used to the warrior, but the ergonomics felt horrible. the bars have way too much pull back (they would be first to go). the shifter lever felt all messed up.
I dont think you can go wrong with the 300ex, they're reliable as h*ll, and easy to ride.
