WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST ALL AROUND TIRE FOR HARD PACK, WOODS, ROCKS, AND SOME MUD.

I Run the new Titan 589 M/T tires on my Rubicon in all of those conditions and I am pretty impressed with them. I have the 27 inch size, but the 26 would probably work better unless you need the slightly higher ground clearance the 27 provides.I also think the Goodyear Mudrunner and the Maxxis Mudbugs are good "all-around" tires, with the Goodyears being a little more Hardpack oriented and the Mudbugs favoring the Mud side of the range.

 

Mudrunners perform extremely well. I have them on my Rubi.
