how fast is a 250x?

Mudman, the DynoJet charts are dyno runs not top speed runs. While I do agree that people are a over-rating their top speeds the DynoJet numbers are not top speeds. Did you ever think about what GEAR the quad is in when they do the dyno runs? I bet it's not 5th or 6th gear probably 4th in most cases otherwise they wouldn't be able to rev the engine all the way to redline.

Oh just for your information...I emailed DYNOJET and they said the tests were done in 4th gear. Don't believe me? Email them. michael@dynojet.com
Here is the email they sent me as well...
The dyno run was done in 4th gear, so the top speed that your looking at is
for 4th gear. The top speed of the ATV is around 55mph.
