after you get your new shocks you should get some nifty tye-dye shock covers so they will look cool when we drop LSD and go riding

lol just a joke you all,, dont freak out like last time,

shocks are expensive man, too expensive..

close to 500 for front shocks
close to 700 for rear shocks

get em with extended a-arms to feel the full difference *and be sure to say you have these special a-arms!*

you could try a 400ex a-arm and shocks onto a 300ex. A lot of info has been sent to me and it's total cost is $400. I don't want to do it for myself, but you might if you are more technically advanced and willing to work harder and save a few hundred dollars (REALIZE THIS IS ONLY FOR FRONT SHOCKS).

Personally, I'm thinking of getting +3 a-arms (probably +2) and getting the Works front shocks triple rate w/ rezzy's with them. OR I CAN START SAVING FOR A NEW QUAD. I haven't yet decided but I DO have money to kill especially when I only spent $100 of a possible 600 on my vacation!

Suspension is the best and most useful modification. Great for handling and jumps, BUT the most expensive. If I do this modification another ATV is quite a distance away. I mean, money is important for other fun little things (Phantom Radar Detector $300, buy a trip down for your girlfriend $400, alcohol $40 a week) so figure out your priorities.

I got my shocks for my 300EX from Hy-Tech ATV. They were the cheapest place. Im not for sure how much i gave, but give em a call, and theyll tell you. I bought the Dual Rate WORKS Steelers with Rezzys.

But, after being displeased with the WORKS, i did the 400EX/250R Front conversion. I used stock 400EX aarms, the kit from ATV Racing, and a set of Ohlins Racing 250R Front shocks valved for +2 aarms (compensates for extra weight of quad). It works flawlessly, i would reccomend it to anyone.
