I sent a CDI Box from a 1998 Honda 300EX out to be modified. They basically eliminate the Rev limiter on the unit. Well, on the third ride, my 300EX started blowing fuses. I called the shop and they said there was probably a wire exposed that got wet or whatever -- something was wrong with my machine. Well I purchased another stock CDI box, and I installed it. I rode last weekend, more puddles, creek crossings, what have you and no blown fuses!!!

Is this place pulling my chain? Anyone else have experience with a modified black box for a 300EX from TC Racing, Four Stroke Tech., Pro Fab ATV???
