If you guys are using GPS receivers, I am in the market for a decent one that I can use to map some trails in the Idaho mountains. I have been keenly interested in the Lowrance GlobalMap 100 and the iFinder... has anyone had any experience with either of these and if so, would you recommend either one?

I appreciate the assistance.

I use a garmin e-trex vista. It has all the features you need plus some. It mounts on the handlebars and is the size of a cell phone. Garmin has very good maps you can upload also. I studied them for a few weeks before deciding on this one. their about 300.00 for the unit.

Add another vote for Garmin. I have a Megellan that I will give you, that is if you have plenty of time for it to figure out where the heck it is.
