I can't tell you how many decibels it is, but I have one on my 400 and it's not too loud. I would put it similar to the Yosh or an e-series. Not as loud as a DG.
I also think you would be pretty happy with the quality, it's pretty well designed and made. The only complaint I have is that I lost one of the small screws that hold the end cap on the first time I rode with it on. I have tried several times to get one from Pro-Circuit and they don't come through. Negative mark for pro-circuit.

I have a yamaha , but it has a procircuit system, i think it made a big difference, everyone knows the raptor has a high second gear, after getting the exhaust system that is not a problem, it seems a little loud , but that is the first aftermarket pipe i have heard so i have no basis for comparison on that

There are some really cool trails in the Chippew Co. Park, near Bloomer, There is a pretty decent MX track in Arkansaw which is just outside of Durand, and the Clark Co./Rock Dam trails are pretty good. Check out arkansawmx.com for directions to that track. If your interested in any other directions to Chippew Co. or Clark Co., let me know. Those are probably gonna be a good hike for you.
