Alternator output on a 300 4x4

Anyone Know the wattage output of the alternator on a Honda 300 4x4. I have everyone but the 300 , I know its probly the same as the Recon but I need to be sure. I am building a light setup for a guy and need to know how much power this thing puts out. Thanks
