Sometimes my '99 Recon starts cutting out whenever I go over some fairly rough terrain, or when I make a jump and land. It seems like it is running out of fuel, but I have to pull the choke half way out in order to make it run. My local dealer and even Honda themselves, don't have a clue as to what might solve this problem. I did however, install an extra vent tube coming from the carb. that splits off and seems like it would work, but OH NO...... If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.........

Sounds like your float in the carb is not letting enough fuel in when in rough terrain.. have them set the float level under warrenty, but if you want to it is easy,, just take the bowl off and flip it upside down,, the float's should be level
