My new quad has that big warning label riveted in the left front fender. How can I neatly get these small rivets out so I can remove the tag?
Thanks.

First put your hand on the top side of the plastic and make sure your fingers arent in line with the rivets, next take a hammer with the other hand and lightly tap the under side of the rivet(your hand is on the plastic so the fender doesnt just move up and down while you hammer the rivet) next the rivet should pop up after hammering it, then just use pliers to pull it out.

You can also try a drill. Start with a bit that fits thru the rivet hole then work your way up one size at a time until the rivet falls apart.

yea you really should use a drill , I use a drill bit that is just alittle bigger then the round inside part of the rivet , they usually just fall out if you do it this way . I wouldnt recomend bashing you fenders with a hammer , if you do it that way you run a risk of enlarging the hole and then it looks like CRAP ! . you can fill the holes in for a nice clean look , I've found that the make your own gasket stuff looks pretty good if you cover the hole and then smoth it out , then paint it the color of your fenders and BAM your done \ >>?????????????????????????

taking a drill and putting it in the center of the rivet and carefully drilling through it works best.

I've seen people take sheets of stainless or aulumiun cut to fit in those spots and put stickers on it..looks nice.

haha you can also just shave your fenders..thats my favorite one!
