I had a rivet pop out this past weekend. It located just behind the left foot. Is this a warrenty item (the quad is 1-month old) or is this a regular thing. Can I buy replacement rivets?

I doubt if it is a warranty thing any more than a scratch on your car would be. Maybe you could talk your salesman into getting you one. I know mine would because he just sent me 50 bucks for sending him referrals.
I have lost a few rivets over time. When you buy one get a couple of extras. Loosing a rivet now and then is better than the alternative of breaking plastic fenders or extensions.

My rivvet fell off at the same place on my rancher. I suggest you buy some fender screws like on the atc's and have it over with.

Plastic Rivets are not a warranty item. I bought a bunch of replacements from the dealer for my Rancher in November. Outrageous price $1.10/each. I was replace Rivets which were reusable. If you don't lose them, but they "POP Loose". Take the revit and pull the center piece out and reinsert the rivet in the hole and then press the center piece back in.

I would not use bolts/screws in there place. I like the fact the plastic pops apart instead of breaking the plastic body parts into pieces.

Look for a company called Fast-Co (Industrial supplier) they make all different types of plastic fasteners, you probably will have to buy in bulk, but hey give some to your buddies.

Keep an eye on the screws that are used as well. I have had two of them back out of the black skirting.
